About E-Components Recycling

Process of E-Components Recycling

Shredding, sorting and separation: Materials in the e-waste stream must be processed and separated into clean commodities for the production of new products following collection and transportation to recycling facilities. The basis of electronic recycling is an efficient separation of materials. Electric waste stream shredding facilitates the sorting of plastics and the separation of them from the circuits and metals. E-waste items are therefore shredded into 100 mm pieces for additional sorting.
The iron and steel are separated by a strong overhead magnet from the conveyor waste stream. The separated stainless steel material is sent for sale as recycled steel. The mechanical processing of the material stream separates aluminium, copper and circuit boards. A technology for separating glass from plastic is then used to separate it. The quality of extracted materials is improved by visual inspection and hand sorting. The separate streams of aluminium, copper and circuit boards are collected and are ready for re-use.
The process uses advanced separation technology. In the final step of this process, the metal remains are extracted from the plastics to further clean the stream.
Sales preparation as recycled materials: The separate material will be prepared for sale as raw materials for the production of new electronics or other products after the shredding, sorting and removals have been carried out.
